Blocked Drain?
The drain directly outside my house that the kitchen and bathroom go to is blocked, i have thrown bleach and drain unblocker down the drain i have also tried plunging. Last night i tried plunging again and i pulled out what looked liked linen and lots of tissue. Could my toilet pipe be linked to this pipe and that is causing the blockage? And what is the best way to unblock??

Its coming from a drain right outside my sons bedroom window and frequently fills his room, our bathroom and hall especially at night when we are washing dishes, having showers and so on. The repairguy says the vent is in the wrong place. This is a 7yr old rental house. Apart from the obvious flamability (my son has been able to ignite it,) I am also concerned as the two children who have used that room over the 7yrs have suffered various mentle health conditions and my son is behaving aggressivly. How do I clear a partially blocked drain? I heard there is some liquid I can pour down the drain to unblock it…...
A drain snake. You can rent one. Cheaper than having a plumber do it. Home depot rents them, I believe.

call someone it is your main sewer line if you have trees in your yard you could have a tree root in the pipe. the root will need to be cut out
